Yammer has been introduced as an additional channel in the comms environment within Sanlam. Although we have already started
with comms on Yammer, we think it’s very important to have best practice content that staff and comms leads can access for this new
channel. Ideally, it needs to be easy to use and navigate so as not to overwhelm the communication manager or admin of the
community when they’re using channel.
